What it costs

Everything you keep stays readable, shareable and printable forever, on every plan, including the free one. Reaching a limit stops you adding. It never takes anything away, and it never expires a link somebody was sent years ago.

Free

A hundred questions, twenty photographs and half an hour of voice. Yours to keep and print, forever.

100 questions · 20 photographs · 30 minutes of voice

Or pay once, and be done with it

There is no subscription. One payment, no renewals, nothing to remember, and nothing that lapses because a card expired years after the person you recorded did. Video lives here too, because a single clip takes more room than a thousand photographs.

  • Five years€39Five years of adding, then it stays exactly as you left it.
  • Ten years€59Ten years of adding. Long enough for a child to grow up and ask their own questions.
  • Twenty-five years€119A generation.
  • Fifty years€199Longer than most people keep anything.
  • A hundred years, then sealed€399A hundred years of adding. After that it is sealed — readable by anyone with the link, changed by nobody, kept for good.

Two other things, if you want them

Your own copy — €19

For a relative who has been shared an archive. Reading it is free and always will be — this buys a permanent link in your own name, which keeps working even if you are later removed from the original. The owner has to turn this on first.

The notice — €29

A death notice for the paper, an obituary for the order of service, and notes somebody can speak from — written from what your family actually recorded. Nothing is invented: anything missing comes back as a blank for you to fill rather than a guess. We will not sell it if the archive is too thin to write anything worth reading from.

Why it is one payment

Most things like this are sold by the year. That means the archive lasts exactly as long as somebody remembers to keep paying — and the thing a family most wants kept is the thing most likely to lapse in the year after a bereavement, when nobody is opening the post.

Paying once removes that failure. Nothing renews, no card expires, no reminder gets missed, and there is no moment years from now when somebody has to decide whether this is still worth a direct debit. You choose how long it should last, you pay for it, and then it is somebody else’s job to still be holding it.

The longer terms cost more because they promise more. That is the whole difference between them.

What sealing means

At the end of a term the archive is sealed. Nothing more can be added to it — and that is the point, not a limitation. What is in it then is what your family said, fixed, with no later hand able to tidy it, edit it or quietly improve it. It stays readable by anyone with the link, changed by nobody, for good.

If we ever disappear

Every archive can be printed or saved as a PDF at any time, on any plan, free. We would rather tell you that than have you find out you needed it.

Prices are per archive and are charged once. An archive already paid for is never re-priced, and reaching a limit never removes anything you have already kept. Conjora Limited, registered in Ireland.
